Terms and conditions
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of AICA Address Autocomplete (the API, dashboard, widget, and related services) operated by Tiguidou Création Web (Quebecstore).
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful address autocomplete, address validation, and geocoding in your applications. You must treat other users, our staff, and our systems with respect. Harassment, fraud, scraping beyond your plan, or attempts to harm the service are not allowed.
Security & ethics
You must not bypass, probe, or defeat our security controls (authentication, domain allowlists, rate limits, CAPTCHAs, kill switches, or similar). You must not run denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, or automated abuse against our endpoints. Responsible security research that follows coordinated disclosure and does not disrupt production is welcome when arranged with us first.
Plan limits, throttling & abuse
Each plan includes monthly request caps, key/domain limits, and rate limits. We may throttle, queue, or reject traffic that exceeds those limits or that looks abusive. Repeated abuse may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.
Account & API key responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure (strong password, two-factor authentication where required) and for managing API keys carefully. Do not share keys publicly except where a documented widget/live key model is intended. Read the documentation before you build in production. You are responsible for traffic generated with your keys.
Billing & non-payment
Paid plans and overage are billed according to your selected plan. Refusal or failure to pay may suspend or terminate API access until the account is brought current. We may also disable keys when an account is in serious violation of these terms.
Service changes
We may update features, limits, and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
