Privacy policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
At Tiguidou Création Web (also known as Quebecstore), we take the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains how AICA Address Autocomplete collects, uses, retains, and protects data in line with Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA.
Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the service: account identification (name, email), organization details you provide, billing contact information when you subscribe, API usage logs (for example timestamps, key identifiers, query metadata needed for billing and security), and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and security events.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and secure the API and dashboard, process plans and billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward (generally up to three years after last contact, or longer when the law requires). API usage logs are retained as needed for billing, security, and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use TLS, access controls, backups, and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
Your rights
Under Law 25 and PIPEDA you may request access, correction, deletion (where applicable), portability where required, and withdrawal of consent for optional processing. Contact us using the details below. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with trusted processors (hosting, email, payment) under contracts that limit use to services we request. Data is hosted in Canada for this product.
